Hi, I’m Nicole Troster.
I work with founders who have built successful service-based businesses but are starting to feel the strain that comes with growth.
At a certain point, the business begins to rely on you for everything. Revenue becomes less predictable, decisions become more complex, and your time gets pulled into delivery, operations, and solving problems as they arise.
Growth challenges rarely exist in isolation. It is not always obvious whether the biggest opportunity lies in your offer, customer acquisition, operations, or the way the business is being run.
That is where I come in.
I help founders identify the highest-impact growth constraints affecting their business, prioritize what matters most, and build practical plans that improve revenue, strengthen operations, and create capacity for sustainable growth.
Over the past 8 years, I have supported hundreds of founders and business leaders and founded YSpace ELLA, a university-based accelerator that has supported close to 3,000 entrepreneurs through programs designed to help them start and grow their businesses.
Through that experience, I developed the Strategic Scaling Method: Stabilize. Simplify. Scale.
