Hi, I’m Nicole Troster.

Over the past 8 years, I have coached hundreds of entrepreneurs and founded YSpace ELLA, a university-based accelerator that has supported more than 450 ventures.

Through that experience, I developed the Strategic Scaling Method, which helps founders move out of the day-to-day and into the role required to lead their business forward.
